The iconic take on the French Chore jacket, presented here in a heavyweight sashiko fabric which will age tastefully with the course of many wears and washes. This sashiko fabric is dyed with natural indigo and woven on an old wooden shuttle loom made in the 1960s; made to create rustic texture throughout the fabric . Constructed slowly at a pace of just 30 meters a day in family owned factory located in Kurashiki city in Okayama, Japan. This fabric will develop character as the indigo fades with regular wear and wash cycles.
